February 23, 2021.- The Vice President and Minister for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Teresa Ribera, explained today, during the control session in the Senate, that the inclusion of the wolf in the List of Species under Special Protection Regime implies the involvement of the General State Administration in financing the protection of the Iberian wolf in order to improve its coexistence with human activities that take place in the territories where it lives and prevent livestock farmers from bearing the sole costs of possible damages.
